Gout Arthritis effects people in different ways, some get pain and irritation of the knees, muscle tissue and even skin in some cases. There are both homemade herbal remedies you can use as well as topical creams made of natural herbs that can be applied directly on the skin. Here are a few kinds of natural gout treatment you can try out on your own for gout arthritis.
Try Vitamin C – Taking in a vitamin C nutritional supplement or just drinking more fruit and citrus juices (just make sure it is coming from natural sugars and there isn’t any extra sugar added) this can help alleviate your pain. The vitamin C will help reduce the uric acid in your joints and make you less likely to have further build up and symptoms of gout.
Cherry Juice – Drinking cherry juice is a another excellent way to alleviate uric acid buildup in the knees, toes, and fingers. This cure for gout doesn’t always work for everyone but it does seem to work in a lot of people who suffer from gout ,it’s a cheap and worthwhile treatment to try out.
Fresh fruits – Fruits like cherries, grapes and pineapples are great solutions to reduce uric acid levels in the joints. Since uric acid causes gout; the more you can do to bring down the levels of acid, the more your discomfort will decrease. I have found this to be the easiest and most effective natural gout treatment because fruit is readily available and it provides multiple benefits such as providing the body with nutrients and fiber.
You can have instant relief from gout in as little as 3-5 days by using different types of natural gout treatment as opposed to chemical filled prescriptions. Check out the link natural gout treatment. I discovered it a few weeks ago and have found it to be extremely informative and helpful.

My Gout condition has been very painful, finding a natural gout treatment for gout symptoms can be helpful since the traditional treatments have shown unwanted side effects over time.
It might be gout if you have had many attacks of arthritis that seem to just affect one joint. The big toe is one of the most common joints to be attacked by gout, but fingers joints and other joints can also be affected. These attacks tend to have a very fast onset and can come along with fever and difficulty moving the joint in question. This is an extremely painful form of arthritis that tends to attack older men more often than younger women or children.
A natural gout treatment for gout symptoms rely more on changing your eating habits and your lifestyle in order to try to prevent future attacks. Some of the causes of gout include genetics, being overweight, eating an unhealthy diet high in purines, drinking too much alcohol, taking certain medications such as diuretics, and certain other health conditions (especially those that affect the kidneys).
Many doctors will write prescriptions that include NSAIDs and corticosteroids as treatments for gout, both of which can have severe consequences if used long term. NSAIDs can cause stomach problems and ulcers if used long term, and corticosteroids can lead to difficulty of healing in wounds and thinning of the bones, for example. Many people these days would prefer to use a natural gout treatment for gout symptoms in order to avoid problems. I tried a few remedies I looked up online and they didn’t work as well as I thought they would. I’ve been applying the recommendations in the ebook that I bought, and its been working great! So far I’ve been pain free for the last week. There haven’t been any sleepless nights due to a gout attack…thank god. I posted a link on the top of this post if anyone is interested in checking it out. Good luck!

Natural Gout Treatments can be found here
Anyone who suffers from gout knows how painful this condition is. It is a type of arthritis that is brought on due to high levels of uric acid in the blood that form into crystals in the joints. This causes the swelling typical of arthritis. Unlike with most types of arthritis, with gout it is mainly just one joint that is attacked at a time, typically the big toe but not always. Those who want a natural gout treatment for gout symptoms should focus on doing what they can to prevent future attacks of gout.
One of the causes of gout is a diet that contains a lot of foods high in purines. Going on a low purine diet should be one step in a natural gout treatment for gout symptoms. This means avoiding scallops, sardines, mackerel, anchovies, herring, sweetbreads, liver, beef kidneys, brains, asparagus, dried beans and peas, mushrooms, gravy, and game meat. Alcohol should also be avoided since it tends to increase the percentage of uric acid in the blood. Beer is one of the worst offenders when it comes to alcohol since it is high in purines. Make sure that you drink lots of liquids in order to keep the amount of uric acid low.
Being overweight also contributes to attacks of gout, so you should try to lower your weight, but do so in a gradual way. If you go on a very low calorie diet your body will actually try to conserve uric acid in your blood and make your gout even worse. Low carb diets are also not a good idea for those suffering from this condition. Exercise is a good way to get rid of some of the extra weight that you might be carrying.
Hopefully if you take some of the steps mentioned above it will help to work as a natural gout treatment for gout symptoms. However, you may need to take other medications should you get an acute attack of gout in order to minimize the pain and help to end the attack quickly. These include NSAIDs and corticosteroids. If possible, avoid taking prescription medication for gout.

Three weeks ago I was diagnosed with gout, prior to then I had never heard of it before. I’m starting this blog to educate and help find a natural solution for gout. I have decided not to try western medicine which is against the advice of my doctor; because of the side effects that can occur.
